For nearly 30 years, Robert J. Rowling has dedicated his practice solely to representing injured people and their families.
A lifetime resident of the Port Huron area, Mr. Rowling graduated from Michigan State University in 1970 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law in 1974.
Mr. Rowling began his legal career as an assistant prosecutor for Macomb County in Mount Clemens, Michigan, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases before beginning private practice in 1977.

Nicole M. Winston
A long-time resident of St. Clair County, Nicole M. Winston graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994. She earned her Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude from Cooley Law School in 1998.
Ms. Winston was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1998, she is a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan where she serves as the Chairperson for the publication committee and is the editor of the Litigation Section Newsletter. Additionally, Ms. Winston is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the St. Clair County Bar Association.
Nicole strongly believes in helping accident victims obtain compensation for their losses and injuries.
